PRIVACY OVERVIEW
Stixer is commited to the privacy and security of your data. Our goal is to help you organize, easily locate and use your images in Stixer as well as to quickly and smoothly add them to other apps, in order to improve and speed up your workflow.

How your private data is used

Permission to log in
Stixer will ask permission to access your personal data in order to be able to log in into the app. You can choose to use either your Google, Facebook or Apple credentials. This permission is given exclusively to log into the account to use the app. This info will be never be shared with third parties by Stixer.

Access to your photos
You will have the option to log into your Google Drive or Dropbox account in order to download the images that you select and add them to your collection(s) on Stixer.
You can also access your Photos library to download images and add them to Stixer. The images or any other info downloaded from these accounts will never be shared with third parties by Stixer.

Stixer is only capable of locating files of image format, no other files will be shown or downloaded into Stixer.

What does the app Stixer do
This application allows users to store their images in a systematic manner. User can load images from different sources and store them in the application. User can organize images in folders and can add a custom cover to the folder so that it can be easily identified.

How is users’ data collected?
Data of the application will be stored within the iPad itself. User data will remain for as long as the application is installed on the device. User data cannot be accessed from any third party. Any data collected is secured and encrypted.

User agreement
If you choose to use the app Stixer, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The data that we collect is used for providing and improving the functionality of the Stixer app. We will not use any of your information except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advise to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately once they are posted on this page.

Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects there are: Photo Library permission; first name; last name; address; country; email address.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application. Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available. Retention time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Therefore: Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed. Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Facebook permissions asked by this application
This Application may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the User's Facebook account and to retrieve information, including Personal Data, from it. This service allows this Application to connect with the User's account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc.

Basic information
By default, this includes certain User’s Data such as id, name, picture, gender, and their locale. Certain connections of the User, such as the Friends, are also available. If the User has made more of their Data public, more information will be available.

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time.
